Sourav Neogi is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Capital Practice at SMRT Advisory Group, and a powerhouse in corporate finance with over 15 years of expertise in corporate, commercial, and private credit banking. Throughout his career, he has originated and structured more than $1 billion in financing, with deep specialization in credit risk, debt structuring, construction financing, CMHC-backed lending, term debt, cash flow lending, and asset-based lending.
Known for his ability to engineer complex financial solutions and forge trusted C-suite relationships, Sourav has built a reputation as a go-to advisor for businesses looking to scale with confidence. His sharp market insight, combined with his proven deal-making track record, has consistently delivered growth-driven and tailored capital solutions across Alberta and beyond.
As a CFA chartholder and PFP designation holder, Sourav brings both technical expertise and strategic vision to his leadership at SMRT Advisory Group. In his role, he spearheads the Capital Advisory practice, helping clients unlock financing opportunities, overcome barriers, and navigate complex financial challenges with clarity and confidence.

Ali Mansour is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Advisory Practice at SMRT Advisory Group, with over 10 years of experience in management consulting, compliance, and operations.
His expertise spans supply chain transformation, internal audit evaluation, contract compliance, third-party risk management, and M&A support. Recognized for his ability to cut through complexity with practical solutions and data-driven insight, Ali leverages advanced data analytics and AI-driven tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to strengthen processes, enhance governance, and drive measurable results. He has also completed Lean Six Sigma certification and advanced training in data analytics, applying these skills to deliver efficiency and measurable client outcomes.
Over his career, Ali has delivered high-impact projects across industries, including a $1B+ compliance review for a Canadian oil & gas producer, a $150M+ compliance review for a multinational bank, and a manufacturing transformation initiative that boosted production output and sharpened competitive advantage.
